Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Design robust neural network models optimized for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, system architecture reviews, and technical mentoring of junior engineers.
- Maintain a focus on ethical AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all models.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of optimization algorithms, reinforcement learning, and generative models.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
