Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform quality control checks on products and packaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Train new associates on equipment and procedures
- Resolve logistical challenges with innovative solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
