Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and morning shift staff regarding daily goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in accordance with safety regulations.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
