Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during peak night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor facility security and safety protocols across all guest areas
- Execute comprehensive cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain detailed incident reports and shift documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
