- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot problems with empathy and technical proficiency.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless handovers to the day shift team.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to all company policies and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer support experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
