Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during designated night hours.
- Resolve complex service issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure seamless delivery schedules and track shipments.
- Provide real-time status updates to clients regarding their orders and account status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills required.
