- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and account management.
- Accurately log customer interactions and feedback into the CRM database.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company scripts and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote company products effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Proficient in computer navigation and typing (30+ WPM).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
