Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls during the evening shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Log all interactions and account updates into the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate senior support tier.
- Maintain a high level of performance metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
