Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Verify and reconcile incoming data against source documents to ensure integrity.
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for evening clients.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize nightly workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service.
- Demonstrated typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
