As part of our elite Night Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' data centers run smoothly around the clock. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated engineer who wants to make a significant impact on our infrastructure stability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) during night hours to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Execute and troubleshoot automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for nightly releases.
- Investigate and resolve critical system alerts and incidents with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine system patching, security updates, and backup verification.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document findings and prepare for the morning handover.
- Optimize database performance and storage resources during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or System Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Deep knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
