Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration as per protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
- Collaborate with the health care team to provide optimal patient care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in health care or a related field preferred
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
