Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless patient transitions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN/LPN license or CNA certification in Minnesota
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a hospital/clinic setting
- BLS/CPR certification (required)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Valid driver's license (for emergency transport if needed)
