Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor server health, manage patch deployments, and perform routine maintenance during off-peak hours.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and support requests via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in our ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure a seamless handover of active projects.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs for setup purposes.
