Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network systems, servers, and workstations during night hours.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, and backups to ensure system integrity.
- Assist in hardware installations, software configurations, and user account management.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transfer critical tickets and ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
