Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues during the night shift.
- Monitor server health, network performance, and security alerts to prevent downtime.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and maintenance tasks.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote access tools such as TeamViewer, VPNs, and Remote Desktop.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documenting technical data.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are highly preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail in a quiet environment.
