Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and document all IT tickets and incidents in our tracking system.
- Perform routine system backups, security updates, and maintenance during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus).
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
