Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot incoming technical support tickets and alerts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.

- Perform routine system maintenance and updates during low-traffic hours.

Qualifications

- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
