Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT issues for end-users during the night shift.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates to ensure system integrity.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over critical issues and ensure seamless continuity.
- Conduct basic hardware and network diagnostics to restore service quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience or strong aptitude in troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office in Washington, DC.
