Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and manufacturing tasks in accordance with strict safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure packaging meets customer standards.
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or work orders.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
