Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and assembly lines in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with high energy and focus.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
