Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts during night shifts
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track logistics documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate records in WMS and ERP systems
- Implement process improvements for overnight efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience with night shift background
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
