Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all night shift warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, and packing to ensure order accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate cycle counts to maintain precise stock accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Enforce strict safety compliance protocols (OSHA standards) to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Analyze operational data and prepare daily reports to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistical issues seamlessly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of night shift staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in using barcode scanners, handheld devices, and standard warehouse software (SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
