Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations during the night shift, ensuring timely processing of orders.
- Execute accurate receiving, storage, and dispatching of inventory according to strict protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time using our WMS and report discrepancies immediately.
- Enforce strict safety compliance standards and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth workflow transition and accurate handovers.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software with high proficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with data entry.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
