Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations during the night shift to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) and adjust orders as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Lead and mentor a small team of night associates, conducting shift briefings and performance reviews.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and coordinate with day-shift management to smooth transitions.
- Generate daily reports on throughput, errors, and team performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with WMS software (SAP, Manhattan, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
