Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming operational tickets, requests, and inventory levels during the night shift.
- Coordinate with day-shift management to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Maintain accurate digital logs and records of all daily activities, incidents, and shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, facility regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate complex issues to senior management promptly.
- Conduct routine quality checks on service outputs and operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external clients as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
