Responsibilities
- Execute daily order fulfillment processes with precision and speed.
- Conduct thorough inventory audits and stock reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update inventory levels accurately.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or customer service preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
