Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inbound and outbound loading and unloading of trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
