We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our 24/7 operations team and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently according to OSHA standards.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve daily productivity.
- Adhere to strict quality control procedures to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain upon hiring).
