Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse and logistics activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 night staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment during the shift.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are strictly followed.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments and equipment.
- Generate and review daily performance reports and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
