Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce strict safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift teams for stock replenishment.
- Handle personnel issues and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and operational.
- Generate and review shift reports to track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and inventory systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
