Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during the night shift to ensure 100% productivity and safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and manage shift handovers to morning teams.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise night shift staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and report critical metrics to upper management.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, damages, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the day shift leadership to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
