Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory.
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately sort, pack, label, and prepare packages for shipping and distribution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the daily receiving, stocking, and inventory count processes to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must provide valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for following instructions and safety briefings.
