Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the night shift staff, including sorting, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using WMS systems.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct nightly shift briefings to align the team with operational goals and address concerns.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to upper management immediately.
- Train new hires on safety procedures and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations are required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
