Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
- Assemble, package, and label products to meet strict quality and quantity standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following all safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Complete all necessary documentation and time logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read safety labels and work orders.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
