Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Assemble and inspect finished products to meet quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist with preventative maintenance
- Document production data accurately in digital tracking systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Blvd
- Willingness to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
