Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate heavy machinery and production equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production quotas and targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
