Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly line equipment during the night shift.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to shift supervisors.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
