Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance, traffic, and server health during off-peak hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain 99.9% uptime.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patch management, and system backups.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports for the day-shift team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Valid CCNA, CCNP, or similar networking certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration or system engineering.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
