Responsibilities
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with logistics team
- Train new hires and implement performance improvement plans
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse/manufacturing
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
