Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nightly warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, and shipping.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 night shift associates, ensuring high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock discrepancies in real-time.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations to drive operational excellence.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements immediately.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately before the shift ends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management software.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
