Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ production line operators during overnight shifts
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Train new hires on SOPs and quality control procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day management
- Manage inventory controls and supply chain logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in production tracking software (SAP/MES)
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Associates degree in Industrial Tech preferred
