Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between shifts
- Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with night shift exposure
- Proven leadership experience supervising teams of 5+ employees
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
