Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols during overnight operations
- Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
