Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to resolve customer tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and technical details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift technical teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve operational processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Strong computer literacy and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
