Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity problems for remote and onsite clients.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate and resolve critical tickets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
