Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat support during night operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex technical issues promptly.
- Adhere to company protocols and quality assurance standards during every shift.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Must be willing to attend on-site Walk-in Interviews at our Miami location.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
