Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time system performance, network traffic, and server health.
- Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents and tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, including patch management and backups, during low-traffic periods.
- Verify security alerts and enforce access control policies.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with Day Shift engineering teams to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, or Datadog).
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is a plus.
