Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical assistance to enterprise clients via phone and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure rapid response times.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand off unresolved escalations seamlessly.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance during off-hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in helpdesk, technical support, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
