Responsibilities
- Execute routine maintenance and troubleshooting on complex manufacturing equipment during night operations.
- Monitor production lines closely to identify and rectify mechanical issues before they escalate.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company quality standards.
- Document all maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory usage accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of operational status.
- Perform minor electrical and hydraulic repairs to keep production lines running smoothly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or maintenance.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
