Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Material Handling: Load and unload freight trucks safely, utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Shift Operations: Collaborate with the night shift lead to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and data entry precision.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
